Welcome to NinjaLeads ("NinjaLeads", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, SaaS platform, and Chrome extension (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using NinjaLeads, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

About NinjaLeads

NinjaLeads is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users monitor Facebook Groups for leads, capture potential clients, and engage with AI-powered responses. The Service may include:

  • A web-based dashboard for lead management
  • AI-powered keyword monitoring and intent scoring
  • A Chrome browser extension for lead detection and engagement
  • AI reply generation and CRM functionality

Note: NinjaLeads is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook.

Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

By using NinjaLeads, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your information is accurate and up to date

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use NinjaLeads to:

  • Violate Facebook's Terms, Community Standards, or Group rules
  • Spam, harass, deceive, or mislead others
  • Post illegal, harmful, hateful, or abusive content
  • Engage in phishing, scams, or fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to bypass platform safeguards or detection systems
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service

Warning: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

Facebook & Third-Party Platforms

NinjaLeads operates independently of Facebook and other third-party platforms. You acknowledge that:

  • Facebook may change its policies at any time
  • Your account or access may be restricted by Facebook
  • NinjaLeads is not responsible for bans, restrictions, or penalties imposed by third parties

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Chrome Extension

Our Chrome extension is provided to assist with lead monitoring and engagement. You agree that:

  • The extension monitors Facebook groups based on your configured keywords
  • Updates may be pushed automatically
  • We may modify or discontinue extension features at any time

You must use the extension in compliance with Chrome Web Store policies.

Subscription, Billing & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
  • Prices may change with prior notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (Stripe).

Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials provided by NinjaLeads are owned by or licensed to us. You may not:

  • Use our branding without written permission

You retain ownership of the content you create and replies you send using the Service.

Your use of NinjaLeads is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We collect and process information only as necessary to operate the Service.

Service Availability & Changes

We strive for reliability, but:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Features may change, be added, or removed at any time

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or feature changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NinjaLeads shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business
  • Account bans or restrictions by Facebook or other platforms

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NinjaLeads harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your content or messages sent using the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms or third-party policies

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For misuse, abuse, or legal risk
  • At our discretion, with or without notice

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
