This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which NinjaLeads may issue refunds for paid subscriptions.
By purchasing and using NinjaLeads, you agree to the terms outlined below.
7-Day Refund Window
New users can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of their initial purchase. This gives you time to evaluate NinjaLeads risk-free.
Refund Eligibility
NinjaLeads offers a refund window to allow new users to evaluate the Service.
Eligible for Refund
A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of the initial purchase, provided the request is submitted during this period.
Not Eligible
Refund requests made after this timeframe are not eligible.
Recurring Subscriptions & Renewals
NinjaLeads subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Payments made for:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Plan extensions or upgrades
- Continued use of the Service beyond the initial refund window
are not eligible for refunds.
Tip: You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling prior to renewal if you no longer wish to continue. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests may be submitted in either of the following ways:
Option 2: Account Dashboard
Cancel your subscription directly from your NinjaLeads account during the eligible refund period
If the request is made within the applicable refund window, it will be reviewed and processed accordingly.
Pro Tip: For faster processing, include your account email and transaction ID in your refund request.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Processing times typically range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Effect of Refund
If a refund is issued:
- Access to paid features (monitoring, AI replies, CRM) will be suspended
- Your subscription will be canceled
- Captured leads data may be retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Requests made outside the eligible 7-day refund period
- Partial subscription usage
- Renewals or subsequent billing cycles
- Annual plan subscriptions after the 7-day window
